How do I open a note in a new tab?

1. Click in the pane where you want the tab.
2. Click a note in the note list or in search results.
3. The note opens as a tab in that pane's header. Click a tab to switch to it.

Other ways

• Right-click a note in the note list and choose Open as › Tab.
• Drag a tab onto the middle of another pane and drop it on Add as tab.

Good to know

• If the note is already open in that pane, Terra switches to its tab.
• Right-click a tab for Close Others, Close Left, Close Right, Close All and Pin Tab. Pinned tabs stay open when you close the others.
• In a database, where a row opens depends on the view's Open notes setting.
