How do I go back or forward?

1. Click Back in the toolbar to return to the note, database or page you had open before.
2. Click Forward to retrace your steps.

Shortcut: ⌘[ back, ⌘] forward

Other ways

• Swipe sideways with two fingers on the trackpad.
• Press the back or forward button on your mouse.

Good to know

• Terra remembers your last 50 places in each library, even after you quit.
• Back and Forward are unavailable when there's no place to go.
• In a webpage, the arrows beside the address bar move through that page's own history instead.
