How do I tag a note?
Click Tag in the note's toolbar and pick or create a tag.
- Open the note. Click Tag (#) in the toolbar at the top of the note.
- Type to search your tags. Pick one, or choose Create tag to make a new one.
- Terra adds the tag to the note's properties.

Other ways
- Type
#and the tag in the text, then a space, like #reading. It becomes a tag chip and tags the note. Existing tags are suggested as you type.
Good to know
- Use
/to nest tags, like #project/alpha. - Click a tag chip to search for every note with that tag.
- To rename, merge or style tags, choose Tools › Tag Manager….
