How do I write math?

1. Type /math. Choose Math block for an equation on its own line, or Math (inline) for math inside a sentence.
2. A placeholder box appears. Click it.
3. Type your LaTeX in the LaTeX field and click Save.

Shortcut: none

Other ways

• Inside a line, type $$x^2$$ to make inline math.
• On an empty line, type $$$x^2$$$ to make a math block.

Good to know

• Click any math later to edit it the same way.
• In the note's Markdown, inline math is saved as $…$ and math blocks as $$…$$.
