How do I browse my files as a tree?
Use the Folders section of the sidebar. Click a folder to open it and show the folders inside.
- Find Folders in the sidebar. If the sidebar is hidden, press ⌘.
- Click a folder. Its notes open, and the folders inside it show below it.
- Click the folder again to fold it.
Shortcut: ⌘\ shows or hides the sidebar.
Other ways
- Hover a folder and click New note here to add a note to it.
Good to know
- The tree shows folders only. A folder's notes appear when you open it.
- Inbox and Trash aren't in the tree. They have their own rows in the sidebar.
- Folders start folded each time Terra opens.
